The DMO Medical was founded by Giorgio Sem in 1991 and started to commercialize high-tech devices in Italian hospitals; it was one of the first companies to sell devices in cardiology, vascular surgery, urology and radiology applications. It’s always been able to adapt to fast and constant changes asked by health care market, thanks to an excellent internal and commercial organization.
The company introduced in the 80s in Italy the first stents for interventional radiology and cardiology, the first small mini-invasive devices in urology and the first vascular prosthesis.
In the ’90 it followed business perspective and it was able to support the enormous growth of marketing activities that these devices have had in operating rooms.
DMO Medical has managed over the past 15 years, in the same divisions, the technological evolution between drugs and devices; especially the launch of medicated stents and vascular prostheses heparinized.
The DMO company still represent a top player in cardiac and vascular surgery; at this time we sell Boston Scientific and Gore products in the north west area; here the company has built a strong rooted sales force.
In 2008 with the founding of the CS Medical , the group starts to distribute to national area.
CS Medical closes contracts for the exclusive distribution in Italy with companies intrested to insert a technological innovation in their work.
The strength of the CS Medical was and still is: to manage a sales network in the domestic area able to position commercially and clinically new methods.
